When retrieval succeeds, the tool lists the available MP4 links. Choose a version to open the original Twitter-hosted media in a new tab. The accompanying images show the real website in light and dark mode, captured at a mobile viewport and presented in an iPhone-style frame. ## Start with the post you want Use the link to the individual post containing the video. A profile URL identifies an account rather than a specific video. If someone sent you a message containing a link and commentary, copy the post URL alone into the field. Confirm that the post is the one you are authorized to access and retain. The tool cannot make a private or deleted post available, and a public post does not automatically grant permission to reuse its video elsewhere. ## Enter the link in the labelled field The mobile layout places the URL field and Download action near the top. You can paste or type into the field. The separate Paste action depends on browser clipboard permission; if it does not work, the ordinary input remains available. The light and dark screenshots show the same form. Theme choice changes its appearance rather than the retrieval method. The label identifies the field even when the input is empty. ## Submit once and wait for the result Select Download after entering the link. The browser validates supported link shapes before a metadata lookup. While a request is pending, the action shows a loading state and overlapping submissions are blocked. Wait for that request to finish. Repeated tapping cannot create a version that the provider did not return. If the website reports an invalid link, correct the field; if it reports an unavailable post or retrieval failure, use the message to decide whether retrying makes sense. Choose from the actual list. A post with one MP4 version may have a single choice; the tool does not invent an HD option or upscale a file. ## Opening the MP4 is a separate step A quality link opens an HTTPS MP4 on Twitter's media host. Your browser may play it instead of saving it automatically. Saving controls and file locations depend on your browser and device.
